ReplyDeleteI made stock from the first turkey I cooked, and used about a third of it to make a big batch of turkey noodle soup. Now I am deciding if I want to go to the trouble to make a 2nd batch with the bones from the 2nd turkey. I already have two more soups worth of stock in the freezer... how much stock can you use?
ReplyDeleteActually, making this stock has turned out to be kind of fun... I might just go ahead and do it even if I have no clue how I'll use it all. :)
