The Children Are Saved!

Ridley's ended up having 12 packs of Coke products on sale for 5 for $14.00 (or $2.80 each). That is not a fabulous deal I have gotten them for $2.00 a 12 pack before, but prices have gone up and I did not have coupons this time. $2.80 each is much better than $3.98 each (which was plan B). Now I can feed my addiction and the children are safe from the bodily harm that may have befallen them if I ended up having to go cold turkey!!

  1. LOL I just bought some tonight at Walmart. Lets just say I need my caffine so that everyone makes it happily through the next week.

  2. You and our son would get along famously with your Diet Coke addictions!

It's no longer available in Japan for some reason, so when we're there we're going to head over to one of the bases and get him a whole bunch (for his belated Christmas present).

BTW, I LOVE Diet Coke too, but gave it up over a year ago when I read how many KCalories in energy it takes to produce the can that holds a 0 KCalorie soda. Something like 2100 KCal to ) KCal. Yikes! And we recycle cans, too. I miss it though . . . .

  4. You sound just like me. I was down to my last couple and was in a panic. Luckily, I found some on sale.. if it goes up anymore I will be forced to give up my addiction. Enjoy.

  6. I don't really have a soda addiction at all... but I do drink it when I have migraines as it helps the migraine meds work quicker. So.. let's just say it is important for me and my sanity to always have some soda on hand at all times! LOL! I would say you got a pretty good deal on yours today. Good job.
